Territory protection

The map should feel exclusive, not aggressive.

Aesthetics OS only works with two companies per niche per location. The territory layer protects the work without making the brand feel combative.

Why two, not twenty

The same playbook cannot serve competitors.

Conflict-free

Your strategy stays yours.

Visibility work built for you should never be quietly resold to the practice across the street. Two slots per niche keeps every engagement conflict-free.

Compounding

Local signals compound for the few.

AI answers and local search reward depth in one market. Concentrating the work on two operators per niche lets those signals build instead of cancel out.

Honest scarcity

Scarcity that is real, not theater.

When a niche and location are taken, they are taken. We say so, and that market is treated as closed, because the policy only means something if it is enforced.

The availability model

One niche. One location. Two slots.

Pick a niche to see how the model frames a market. Actual availability is confirmed during review, not by the map.

How the gate works

Three steps. No pressure.

  1. Request

You tell us your business type, niche, and location through the application gate.

  2. Review

We check the request against the two-per-niche policy and existing commitments in your market.

  3. Reply

You hear back on whether your niche and location are open, taken, or waitlisted.

Questions about territory.

What does two companies per niche per location mean?

In any one local market, Aesthetics OS works with at most two businesses in the same niche. Once both slots are committed, that niche and location are closed while the engagements are active.

What counts as a location?

The local market a practice actually draws clients from, usually a city or a defined part of a metro area. Boundaries are confirmed during review so neighboring practices do not overlap.

What happens if my niche is already taken in my city?

We say so. You can join the waitlist for that market, and if a slot opens you hear about it first. We do not quietly take a third client in a closed market.

How are slots assigned?

Requests are reviewed in the order they arrive, against existing commitments in that market. The gate exists so the policy can be enforced, not as a sales tactic.
